Houlton Hawks Landing
Art Bench Work Day!
We have about 20 people come to Houlton on Saturday to help with the next steps of construction for our Houlton Art Bench. It was a great day of working together and watching the 4-year project come to life! A heartfelt thanks to those who pitched in on Saturday - many hands made the work light! We made 15 cement pavers that will be made into a patio in front of the seating area, hauled 8 yards of mulch, planted 50 ground cover plants, and put 20 bare root trees into the ground. Not bad for 3 hours!
