Staff Appreciation Week: Super Heroes!

Super Heroes...

5.  They wear many hats and can flexibly adapt to changes that arise - in the classroom, lunchroom, garden, or playground.

4. They have a special power to sense a need within the school and then volunteer to do whatever is needed before even being asked.

3. They know their students so well they can anticipate needs and make accommodations with lightning speed.

2.  Our staff takes care of our community. Students know the staff has their back. Our staff love every student in our school, even the ones that are hard to love. They are here to save the world.

1. Our staff does not take their job lightly. They are always thinking about how they can help kids, they know it's important work, and they recognize the powerful impact they have on the lives around them. The job spills far outside of the work day, and like Superman, the job can consume them 24/7!
